Our story

Good food has a name and an address.

[FOUNDER STORY: why Miracle Honey started, and who started it.] We do not own farms. We are a sourcing and distribution company: we choose independent local farms and apiaries, buy their harvests, and deliver them to homes, shops and kitchens. We started with honey, and today we also source organic dates, nuts and dried fruit. We pay growers [PAYMENT TERMS / PREMIUM], add nothing, and keep every harvest separate so you know exactly where your food came from.

Our mission

The health of the nation starts in the pantry.

Too much of what Americans eat is refined, blended and shipped from far away, with labels that say little. We think the answer is simple food you can trust: single ingredients from American farms, kept whole, and labeled honestly.

That is why we sell only what is grown here, add nothing, and print where and when it was harvested on every pack. It is also why we supply cafés, kitchens and shops across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, so more people eat well away from home too.

What we promise about everything we sell

  1. Harvested in the U.S.

Everything we source is grown or harvested on independent American farms and apiaries. We never blend in imports.

  2. Certified organic

The farms and apiaries we buy from are certified by [USDA-ACCREDITED CERTIFIER]. Nothing is added to any product.

  3. One harvest per lot

We do not mix harvests. Each lot code points to a single farm or apiary and harvest date.
