Mild and sweet with a soft floral note. Light gold, and crystallizes to a smooth, creamy texture.

Storage
Keep it at room temperature with the lid tight. Sealed honey keeps indefinitely, so a best-by date is a quality guide. Crystallization is natural.

Why does clover honey crystallize quickly?
Clover honey is relatively high in glucose, which forms crystals sooner. Crystallized clover honey is creamy and spreadable; warm the jar gently to make it runny again.
